Morocco, the enchanting Arab country
between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Morocco is
full of contrasts and presents a rich
collection of different cultures.
The main population groups of the Islamic
country are the Arabs and the Berbers. As far
as the landscape is concerned, the diversity is obvious : the city of
Agadir has large and sunny beaches, the south has its mysterious desert,
the Atlas mountain range hides small inauspicious Berber villages, the
royal cities have their palaces which testify of a rich and glorious past.
Tourist or visitor with a deep interest for culture, everybody can find
something to his liking in Morocco.
The capital of Morocco is
Rabat. Agadir is the city for the lovers of sun and beach. Lovers
of culture visit the beautiful royal cities of
Marrakech, Meknes and Fez. The business center of Morocco is the
city Casablanca. Deeper inland are other
cities that are worth a visit : Erfoud, Merzouga and
Zagora.
